Featuring flavors from the last 100 years, with a medley of iconic foods highlighting decades of our past with flavorful modern twists.
Menu:
- Classic Caesar salad with homemade Caesar dressing, toasted parmesan, basil crouton
- Vichyssoise (Leek and Potato soup with chives, served chilled!)
- Tomato tea sandwich, featuring local sourdough, Heirloom tomatoes, cream cheese, red onions, and summer herb sauce
- Beef Bourguignon featuring local beef with red wine gravy, garlic smashed potatoes, roasted maple summer squash
